We provide daycare and grooming services for dogs, by appointment. From nail trims to baths, haircuts to blow-outs, we can set-up an appointment that is tailored to your dog’s needs.

Absolute Canine even offers a cosmetic teeth cleaning clinic at our shop on a monthly basis.

We do our best to accommodate your schedule and last minute appointments where we can, but are typically unable to accept drop-ins for grooming or daycare. Please book or call ahead of time to secure your spot.

Note: all dogs must be up-to-date on their rabies vaccination by the time of their visit.

All dogs are different! We can give you an estimate over the phone or via email based on information like your dog’s temperament, breed, size, and coat condition.

However, our groomer needs to assess your dog in person to be able to give you a legitimate estimate. Additional fees may be applied if conditions or concerns arise during grooming. If this occurs, we will attempt to notify you mid-groom before you are charged.

A “full groom” is the whole package!

It includes: bath, blow dry, nail trim, ear cleaning, de-shed + blow-out, and a full body hair cut, trim, or shave. We finish with a spritz of doggy cologne and a complimentary neck scarf.

We use premium bathing products, and assess every dog’s individual needs prior to grooming.

Absolutely. A nail trim & grind is $22.50 and takes about 10 minutes.

Other services (gland expression, face or feet trimming, ear cleaning) can also be booked separately for a nominal fee.

The waiver exists to keep you, your pets, and our staff safe and healthy! It outlines our emergency policies and asks you to disclose your pets behaviour and condition to keep them and others safe. It also states our policies for sanitation, vaccination, and urgent grooming situations.

Non-emergency cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a fee 50% of the missed appointment.

Ex. if a full groom is booked, and costs you $85 dollars, then a fee of $42.50 will be applied before you can re-book.

Our daycare is limited to 3-4 dogs at a time, in order to keep every pup happy, healthy, and well supervised. This makes it an ideal spot for socializing puppies, or for giving more reserved dogs a space to rest before and after grooming appointments.

Daycare can be booked a minimum of 24 hours in advance. A confirmation is required from us before your bring your dog in for a visit (no drop-ins please)! Again, this allows us to curate play dates accordingly and ensure every dog is comfortable.

2-6 Hours - $30 plus tax
